Trial Consultant/Appellate Backup

          GNSALC works with trial counsel to:

          1.     Assist in writing or defending complicated motions;

 

          2.     Assist in writing or defending motions in liminae;

 

          3.     Assist with pre-trial compliance requirements;          

 

          4.     Prepare writs on an emergency basis when trial counsel is
                  engaged in trial;          

 

          5.     Strategize and orchestrate the matters that are likely to be
                  important in upcoming trials; and          

 

          6.     Competently present all appellate issues to the appropriate court.
