GNSALC will conduct audits of Real Estate Loan Documents to help the client evaluate opportunities for loan modifications or short sales.

In selected circumstances, GNSALC will provide legal services including negotiating and, if appropriate, litigating issues related to improperly prepared loan documentation, inaccurate disclosures, or failure to make required disclosures.
